Hillcrest field trip to City Hall The Grade 2/3 Hillcrest School class recently paid a visit to City Hall and Mayor Roy Ludwig to learn more about his job and how decisions are made in Estevan. As a thank you for the tour, the students presented Mayor Roy with a mural of Estevan that is proudly being displayed in the City Hall lobby. (Click the title to view more pictures.)

Back Together Breakfast at Hillcrest Hillcrest School celebrated their first “back together breakfast” with over 100 students attending! The breakfast club operated in a reduced capacity all throughout the pandemic, but it is clear that there is nothing like being together. A special thanks to the staff and volunteers that make this program a success.
Saskatchewan Wheelchair Sports Association Visits Hillcrest School Hillcrest School was fortunate to have an instructor from the SWSA travel from Regina to teach the Grade 1-8 students about adapted sports and inclusion for all.
French Immersion French Immersion Programming (K, 1 ,2, & 3) Registration is open for the 2022-2023 school year! The program is open to the communities of Weyburn, Estevan, & surrounding areas.
Important Notice Please be aware that Environment Canada has predicted a once in a decade storm for parts of Manitoba and southeastern Saskatchewan starting the night of Tuesday April 12th into Friday April 15 They have indicated we could see anywhere from 30 to 50 centimetres of snow along with winds gusting from 70 to 90 kilometres per hour giving zero visibility at times.
